Ugly Schal ist ein Upcycling Projekt aus Wollresten vom Strickkollektiv Meat und ein must-have für kalte Tage. Er ist frei von Perfektion, um­garnt mit Farben an grauen Tagen, und passt vor allem zu Allem. Widersprüchliche Farb­kombinatio­nen, unregelmässige oder falsche Maschen und lose Fadenenden sind Teil des Konzepts – der Verweige­rung des Standards. Jeder Schal ist launisch, einzigartig, ganz bewusst ugly – und schön und einfach liebenswert!

 

Ugly scarf is an upcycling projekt made from left-over wool by knit collective Meat, and a must-have for this Winter. It heals from perfection, coddles you with colours on gray days, fits to all outfits. Glitter parts, contrasting color combinations, irregular loops und loose thread ends are part of the concept – a denial of standards.
